A Consultant Ophthalmologist is available for Emergency Eye Care. Brisbane Eye Clinic also has access to an emergency operating theatre 7 days a week for Retina cases.

The Emergency Eye Clinic is a unique service which operates every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. in our Wickham Terrace rooms.

Indications for emergency eye care include:

• Painful Eye;
• Watering Eye;
• Red Eye;
• Eye Trauma;
• Sudden loss of Vision;
• Sudden loss of Visual Field;
• Sudden onset of double vision.
